Kicker Amp Flashing Red Light????

hey peoples of the awesome audio world i have a wee bit of a problem. so just the other day i was cruzing around and had my subs turned up then out of know where they stop bumping and i looked at the amp and it was flashing a red light. i called up the place where i purchased the amp and they said they never heard of a flashing red light only a solid red light. i did everything i knew like let the amp cool down for a whole day... didnt work, unplugged the amp from everything then plugged it all back in.... still not working if anyone knows ne thing plz help me out here i miss the joy of having my car rattle down the road!!!!
