In our new Samsung BD-P1500 Blu-ray player video, Marshall and J.R. talk about some of the features that set this Blu-ray player apart. They discuss several features of the BD-P1500. They point out that the Samsung BD-P1500 outputs video at "full HD' 1080p resolution, for the highest Blu-ray picture quality. And it also upconverts DVDs to ensure the best picture for those discs as well.

J.R. mentions that the BD-P1500 delivers great sound quality, too. The player can output audio in the new Dolby® Digital Plus, and Dolby TrueHD sound formats. As Marshal points out, the BD-P1500 can receive firmware updates through its ethernet connection, making it "future ready."
