I am not sure if this is the right place to post this, but I got a Nikon d3100 for xmas this year, and I have loved it, however, the setting that takes multiple pictures in a second is broken. Do I take the computer back to crutchfield, or do I need to contact Nikon about this problem. I know I have a yr warrenty through Nikon, but it would be easier just to ask Crutchfield to look at it.
Any thoughts anyone?
Yes, take it back to the local store and let them take a look at it. They'll be able to facilitate either a repair or exchange under warranty for you.
Wouldn't hurt to contact CF through the 800 number.
I think you are outside the return period for them, but they might be able to handle the warranty repair - can't hurt to ask.
Hope This Helps!!!
Anyone else have suggestions?
