Don't worry, not many shops have o-scopes, which I think is a shame. Something else you should check is crossover settings. I'm not familiar with your amps or head unit specificually....but you should set your crossover frequencies so the speakers sound good. When a 6.5" speaker tries to play bass...

i tried hookin up 2 500rms subs to a 500 watt amp and they were working fine then i turned it off for a second, turned it back on n it stopped playing then a puff of smoke came from the outputs. i hooked my single 500rms sub back to it, it still gives power and stillpowers the sub but not much can someone...
