Hey there, I've got a 91 caprice and it is equiped with the premium Bose system.  This in turn makes for a compatibility issue when I wanted to unstal a newer sterio system that can play CD's, ipods, and USB drives.  I wired it up and plugged it in.  I can hear a faint sound of voices from the radio but obviously the speakers are incompatible.

What tools, devices and adapters do I need if I don't want to replace all 4 of my speakers and the big amp that's in the trunk?  I believe the Amp works.  I could use some help with what issues these cars usually have and if the amp has anything to do with it as well.

I'm thinking it's just another bose specific adapter for speakers that is required (I hope)

Thanks,

Andrew

We offer a wiring harness from Scosche that will allow you to replace the stock radio without changing the stock amp and speakers. You can find it here. HTH!
