Sirius channel number display stopped working

I have a Kenwood KDC-X692 that was installed by the Crutchfield installers. Great job by the way    About 2 weeks ago, the satellite channel number display stopped working.  The channel name, artist name, song, etc works fine, but I can't get the channel number to show up any more. No matter which display choice I make, the channel number doesn't show up. The channel number is still displaying in my other car, so I don't think it is a Sirius issue - Kenwood maybe ? Any ideas?  Thanks.

You might want to call CF tech support since it was installed by them.  It sounds like a Kenwood issue, but it might be as simple as a menu setting.
