im wondering if i should and if i can wire these in parallel. idk how to wire them so a brief description would really help.
thanks!
Hello loganv,
You are correct, you will wire the two 4-ohm woofer in parallel to a mono amplifier. You can locate the correct wiring here.
Hope this helps!
ok but my amp also says that it is internally wired in parallel, and it has 2 sets of inputs for the subs so should i use them both or hook both subs into the same input thingy? thanks!
Either way works fine. If you wire each sub directly to the amp, you can use smaller gauge wire, but will have two sets of wires going to your enclosure. If you wire it as in the CF diagram that Lucy posted, you will only have one pair of wires going to the enclosure.
