I am looking for a good sound processor for my system. I have 5.1 channel output from my headunit: rear 4-channel amp(Kicker ZX650.4) runs 2 sets of speakers, front/center 4-channel amp(Kicker ZX650.4) runs 2 sets of speakers and sub amp(Kicker ZX750.1) runs 1 set of subs. Each amp has the knobs on top for some control but it's basic and the h/u has eq controls but I want full control. I also want to be able to adjust everything while in the car instead of having to work in the trunk then go see what how it sounds in the car, I do have a place that I can put a 'trunk mount' eq.

I have looked at the AudioControl EQS, DQS and DQXS and they seem to be closest to what I want but only have 6-channel out(2 front, 2 rear and 2 sub but no center), I like the remote for the DQS and DQXS. Is there a unit out there for an in car 5.1 channel system? I haven't found one.

Does anyone out there have one of the units I've mentioned?

Actually, the AudioControl DQS does have the ability to help control the sound from a 5.1 system. One of the two subwoofer connections can be set to a center channel speaker instead.  You could then get the AudioControl DDC with is a dash mounted digital controller for the DQS.

Anyone have other suggestions?
