I have a 2004 Audi A4 with Premium Sound (Bose) and I bought a 12" JL Audio W3v3-4 (4-ohms) and I wanted to know what Amp I should buy to go with it??

I want an amp that can handle the one 12" JL Sub and also run to my stock Bose speakers. What do you recommend?

Unfortunately, you will not be able to get an aftermarket amp to push your stock Bose speakers. Most Bose car speakers are extremely low impedance (usually 1-2ohms) which do not do well on aftermarket amplifiers. Additionally, most factory amplified speakers are bi/tri amped, with the crossover networks housed within the stock amplifier.

As far as your sub goes, with a final impedance of 4ohms, you can either get a mono sub amp or run a 2ch amp bridged. Additionally, the Hifonics ZXI6010 / TXI6008 and Soundstream TRX2.550 / PCX2.540 would probably be cheaper alternatives. Regardless, you should be looking for something in the range of 400-600W RMS x 1 @ 4ohms. Bridging a 2ch amp at 4ohms will probably be your most cost effective solution, but getting a mono amp would allow you to add a second W3 later.
