Im my L5 manuel there is a suggested 2 week break-in period. How is the best way to do that? Is there a disk made for this too or just what i normally play?

Subwoofer break-in (if you truly believe in it) is simply achieved by listening to your subs at moderate volume for the first few weeks until the surround and spider soften up a bit and seat correctly. Just as with engine break-in, the validity of this subject is highly debated, but regardless, you don't need any special discs or anything.
