Assuming you don't have an amp, then it's either a short on a wire or speaker, or there is something wrong with the head unit.
You're going to have to pull the radio and start by making a visual inspection of the speaker connections. If there's nothing obviously wrong, you'll need to disconnect all four channels and then hook them back up one at a time.
The idea is to get one speaker playing and then reconnect the others one at a time until the problem comes back. This will identify which speaker channel is the problem.
