Hello, I have a pair of the northridge jbl nd310s and i started having problems with one of them. When i really turn them up, the left one sounds great but the right one starts to vibrate really bad.  Is it a bad woofer?Sad

That's very possible.  Inspect the woofer - especially the surround.  That's the rolled lip that runs the circumference of the speaker.

Its been awhile i know, and I realized that when I press on or I guess squeeze the faceplate of the speaker box to the main box itself that the vibration goes away.  Before I open up the box and see what is loose.  Is there any precautions that I should take?

thanks

It sounds like you might be able to tighten the faceplate and solve the problem.

But anyway - I don't know the specifics of the speaker, but as long as it is disconnected and you are careful not to rip any wires loose as you take it out, you shouldn't have any real issues.

Hope This Helps!!!
