I purchased a Pioneer PRO-151FD about 8 months ago and love it, my problem is I can no longer watch the rear projection set in the bedroom and want to upgrade.

I cannot find another Pioneer locally and do not want to make that type of purchase over the net with a vendor I am not familiar with. All of the local are pushing the Samsung 8000 series as the best picture available right now.

Any info would be greatly appreciatedCool

Hey Step, while this is all a matter of personal opinion I'd still like to give my $.02. While the Samsung 8000 series is an incredible looking display, I do not agree it is the best picture available. While I would say it is the best LCD picture on the market right now, I still don't feel it stacks up to the best plasma displays on the market. To date, the Panasonic G10 and G15 series provide the most stunning picture I've ever seen on a flat panel TV. I'm certainly not alone as there are many industry professionals out there that agree. I would highly suggest looking into these models and checking the reviews on the various third party sites out there.

Malcolm,

How would the Panasonic G10 and G15 compare to the Pioneer PRO-151FD?
