TigerHeli or if anybody else knows about Sony's... my Sony GT410U is acting up somehow, maybe a disk is stuck in there?  I tried to put a new disk in but it didn't want to go in so I tried to eject but nothing happened.

If I hit the source button to CD, it says "CD RESET" for about four seconds, then the radio shuts off.  USB / Aux in / Tuner (radio) all work fine.

Any ideas?  My wife has been driving this car so I don't know what happened or when it happened.

Thanks!

Never seen that problem.  Then again, the only CD I have in the unit is a collection of Abbott and Costello MP3's a friend gave me, and otherwise I use the radio or USB stick.

According to the Manual - (Page 19) RESET indicates you should press the reset button beneath the faceplate (I believe what you are reporting as "CD RESET" is the "CD" source indication and the "RESET" message.  You will lose all your presets, clock, and Audio settings, so you probably want to write them down before trying this.

If that fails - all I could advise would be removing the unit and opening the case and seeing if you see a CD stuck in there and carefully removing it.  I haven't done that on the Sony, but have on the original Ford radio and older cassette radios.

Hope This Helps!!!

Anyone else have suggestions?
