Looking for a basement HDTV (37-42inch) & a soundbar. Basement is mainly used as an excercise room, and a 2nd tv when my wife boots me to the basement.
Any recommendations?

I'm looking mostly at the upper range of your sizes. Screen size first and then options.

Of those, the TOSHIBA will give you the largest bang for the buck.
