SIR-GM1 / '06 Malibu Maxx Compatibility?

I have a factory XM/Onstar radio with a BAND button in a Chevrolet Malibu Maxx. Some similar models are on the list. Is there any hope to switch to  sweet, sweet Sirius? Thanks.

At this time, we do not have a Sirius tuner that can directly interface with the factory stereo in your 2006 Chevrolet Malibu Maxx. I'm sorry I don't have better news for you there.

If you would like to add Sirius to the factory system, a plug and play tuner will be your best bet. Another option would be to replace the factory stereo with an aftermaerket model that is Sirius compatible.
