Kenwood DNX7100 & Onstar??

I have just finished installing a DNX7100 in my trailblazer. Everything is working properly except the onstar. I used the GMOS-04 which allows the use of Onstar. The problem is the when Onstar is used, the DNX unit turn off instead of muting. Then upon completion of the call, the system restarts. I have double checked my connections and they all are correct according to the instructions. Any thoughts?    Thanks....   Willyj

Unlike the factory radio, that is how the GMOS-04 is supposed to work with an aftermarket receiver. It turns off the radio, rather than muting it.
