I have a 1999 Mercury grand Marquis and i can't figgure out what cable is the constant power. If someone can get me a diagram or something that would fabulous.

Look here.  Don't know if you have Premium Sound or not, but it also might not matter.

Also, the easiest thing would be to get a wire harness adapter.

in the long term it is going to be a lot easier to just get a harness.  Unless you have already cut off the old harness conecter then you will want to look at the dirgram.
