Replacing antenna for truck stereo

Can anyone advise me on how to replace the antenna on my JVC stereo? I bought this truck in the fall, and the dealer installed the radio for me. I think someone took the whip off over the winter rather than it breaking off.  Do I have to match the radio with the antenna, or would one of those universal antennas work?

Universal antenna should work fine.
