gettinhitched Posted: Sat, May 19 2007 5:40 AM

I'm kind of new to car audio, I have had my slot ported box with a couple planet audio 12s and a clarion amp.  I recently sold them because im getting married and the girl complains whenever I bump so I wanted to get a single 10 set up that didn't necessarily hit louder but had a very crisp pop.  I am looking at getting a Boston Acoustics G210-44 DVC and a Profile HA700M with a .5 cubic foot sealed hatch box.  I chose this because I only have 320 dollars and would probably get a new amp before a new sub.  My question is, is there anything better for 320 dollars all together including box but not wiring? and is there anywhere where i can read what to set gain and everything at?

Thanks for the help,

Bill

That sounds like a good system. The only thing I could find that may be better for your system is a Boston bass package that we put together. It should give you the level of bass that you seek.

Any other ideas?
