  • need 6by9 speaker enclosure sorta help...

    alright, so i picked up 2 enclosures for 10 dollars. but these, they have cotton padding all in the inside, but the other ones already in my car do not. what is the difference? which sounds better

  • Need shallow mount 6x9's - on a budget!

    Hi, I have a 1997 Cavalier coupe that blew a couple of speakers. The front door speakers are 4x6, and the rear deck has 6x9's. Well...HAD...Anyway, Crutchfield says that aftermarket 6x9's won't fit. I can attest to this because I went to a big box store and bought some Sony Xplods and Pioneer 6x9's....

    I was wondering which I should do, buy a new pair of 6x9 speakers to put in the back of my 2005 honda accord, or buy an adaptor to go from the 6x9 to 6 1/2, since I currently have a pair of new 6 1/2 collecting dust in my closet.
