  • 2 Pre outs, 4 channels plus sub amp question.

I currently have the blaupunkt Key West MP36. I want to use my existing powered sub with pre ins and I want to add a 4 channel with pre ins for the mains. What is the best way for me to do this with only the 2 pre outs existing on the HU?

  • Altinator whine with new powered sub.

I just got and installed a new Blaupunkt powered sub (Thb-200A) for xmass. I added it independantly from my already upgraded /amped main system. (ie. new 12 ga power and ground wires ( 13' and 2' respectively) and used a 6' Schooche RCA lead to feed it. All wires run at least 8" from each other ( and...

  • Re: harman kardon stereo in a harley

I do not recommend getting the Infinity Kappa 50.7cs speakers to use with your Blaupunkt PA2100 amp. The 150 watts RMS that the amp will give the speakers is way more than the 85 watts RMS that the Infinity speakers handle. While this is not enough to blow them, it will cause them to distort. I recommend...

  • KDC-X591 Receiver AMP ON or OFF with a KAC-6402 AMP Installed to 4 Spkrs??

I've read in the manual that if you have the Head unit 's built in Amp set to off, that it will enhance the Pre-out quality?? Does that have anything to do with the KAC-6402 Amp settings? I have 4 51/4 Blaupunkt GTX-542 Speakers hooked up to the AMP! On or off with the built in AMP? Also since having...

  • Re: Need advice please

I tend to agree with Vjeko, but it depends on what you want out of the system, and what you dislike about it currently. If you are happy with the current system, and just want to play your I-pod through it, there is this adapter for $139 that will work if the factory radio if it has a button labelled...

  • Power problem

I just got 2 12" Kenwood w3011's and a Kenwood 9103D (900 watt rms bridged) amp. I already had 2 kicker 6.5" component speakers 2 kicker 4" coaxial speakers running off of a 150 x 2 channel watt amp. My head unit is a blaupunkt mp35 monterrey (18 watts x 4 channel rms). The system is definitely not getting...
