vcamacho: did you ever find out about the usb not being available if Ipod cable is connected? The Kenwood KCA-iP300V iPod interface for the DNX7100 connects using the USB cable. You will need to disconnect the interface to use the USB input for other devices. HTH!

There are not two changer inputs on the back of the DNX7100. However, the Kenwood KCA-BT200 (their Bluetooth adapter) does have a pass-through port that you can use to connect a CD changer. So, while the port on the back of the receiver is being used, you can still add on other items like a CD changer...

Hello and welcome to the forums, terahex! According to the owner's manual on page 40, in order to view the POIs on the map you'll need to turn it on first. From the Menu page, select Settings> General> Proximity Alerts then turn ON Visual Notification. I hope this helps.

I have a DNX7100 with the GXM 30. The GXM only provides the XM radio and data (traffic, weather, stocks) input. There is a separate small flat antenna for the GPS satellite signal. If I remember right it's about the size but half the thickness of a deck of cards, maybe a little smaller. It fit perfectly...
