Because I mainly shoot photos of people, it has become my primary lens, and it is very affordable indeed...

How do I upload/download to Dell computer. We just recently purchased both items and don't we're doing. I'm in to home theaters (Iknow a little about that also) but I know even less about computers and digital cameras. Can anyone help. Goimg crazy.

That sounds normal for the operation of the battery then. My old coolpix and now my Rebel XTi both get kind of warm when I use them. It also never helped that the battery was usually where the hand grip is.

From what I've gathered the Rebels are all pretty good, it's just that the XTi is at sort of a sweet spot in regards to price/performance for a casual photographer such as myself. And now that I think about it, she does have a higher-end model. Whoops...
