I have a RCA Scenium rear projection that is a HDTV "Monitor" and am looking for a converter that will allow it to receive HD signals. This TV is only 4 years old and I know that back in the late 90s and early 00s there used to be a converter box you could buy. Would this have been the same as the converters...
