  • What Else DO I NEED?

    I have four 4ohm 6x9 speakers, two 12" dual 4ohm subs, a 2000 watt 4 channel amp, and a kenwood excelon KDC-x891 What else do i need to make my system complete? cause i know the 4 channel amp wont support the four speakers and two subs. Thanks

  • Speaker Noise; Hissing Noise

    I recently had JBL Power Series P953 6x9's and JBL Power Series P652 6.5"s installed powered by a JBL GTO75.4 4 Channel amp with a Kenwood eXcelon KDC-X891 with 5 volt gold pre-amp outputs. The problem I am getting is a hissing noise coming from the speakers. I dont have the gains on the amp turned up...

    Hello, I don't show that any of the Alpine radios have European tuning capability. There are several Kenwood units that we carry that can do that, though. You do have to adjust the tuner because they do not come that way out of the box. A unit that is similar to the CDA-9887 is the Kenwood KDC-X891 ...

  • Kenwood kdc-x891 on 2003 Mercedes with Bose

    I just installed kenwood kdc-x891 on 2003 Mercedes c320 coupe with bose. The HU wont power off when i turn off car engine and pull out car key! Is this suppose to be this way? I have to manually turn off the unit everytime i get off car! The authorized dealer said all mercedes cant turn off aftermarket...
