I can think of a few. I'm looking mostly at the upper range of your sizes. Screen size first and then options. Recommendations Of those, the TOSHIBA will give you the largest bang for the buck.

I want to purchase a flat screen HD LCD TV (32") and mount it on a wall. I do not want a cable box, or any type of receiver sitting on the TV. I have not been able to find a digital cable ready LCD TV which will take a CableCard. Some Plasmas are available, but too expensive and large. Do I have...

Not trying to cause a stir i am just curious as to why they seem to list more specs than plasmas. As you can probably tell already i am a plasma guy and as of a year ago thats all i would consider buying. Now in the last year Lcds have impressed me quite a bit with things like 120hz so on and so forth...

There are several mini lcd tv's coming out now with digital tuners, built-in dvd readers, and flip-down under-cabinet mounting for the kitchen. Their screen sizes are 7 - 10 inches. My old Sony Walkman needs to be replaced for digital reception, and I am looking for something like these flip-down products...

(I have an HDMI cable and all that) - It may be used in a bedroom or possibly...

A local TV repair service said they could not repair the unit since Westinghouse did not have repair parts for this unit. On the positive side, since Westinghouse...

It could be a couple things: 1) Check your connections again 2) Try plugging a DVD player directly into the TV and see what happens 3) It's possible that the screen is bad. Is the set still under warranty?

I went ahead and did a comparison for TV's in your general size range with the budget you listed of $1K. Here are the results As you can see on the higher end of the scale you can get 1080p + 37" just a tad over your bugget cap. Remember that size will not be everything though. You are going to want...

Sony is coming out with the 37" BRAVIA® XBR Series LCD Flat Panel HDTV but it is not scheduled to be released until July 1st 2008. It will be true 1080p & motionflow 120hz. It will pretty much have all the same features that the bigger 40,46,52" of this same series have. They list the width as 36...
