Hi! We had purchased the Panasonic Plasma PG7108187 50" around 04/07 from Best Buy. Recently we had the same Power supply issue where most of the customers have encountered it. There were 13 blinking red lights. So I called the Panasonic Warranty. They told us to send it to a authorized panansonic service...

Not trying to cause a stir i am just curious as to why they seem to list more specs than plasmas. As you can probably tell already i am a plasma guy and as of a year ago thats all i would consider buying. Now in the last year Lcds have impressed me quite a bit with things like 120hz so on and so forth...

A few years ago Crutchfield came to the rescue when I was looking for a specific model of a Canon digital camera - none of the local big box electronics stores had what i wanted in stock. Crutchfield had the model and delivered it in time for Christmas. Last week I attempted to purchase a Panasonic Viera...

You've got to be extremely lucky if you're still under warranty when the blinking lights start. I am looking to get a new HDTV and I am trying to figure out what size and model to go with. Here is as much background info as I can think to give now: - I have a PS3 and many BluRays so 1080p is looking like a necessity. I know it is a trade off of quality or size, but do you think the improvements of the new PZ85U will make it worth going with a smaller set? The larger TH58PZ700U model costs $800 more. Most of what...

We recently purchased a 42" Panasonic "Plasma" as well. So far I've learned not to connect the Cable from the Cable box to the set, instead use the HDMI cable as it carries the cable signal complete with audio so it's the only cable needed. Intially I hooked up the hdmi along with the cable and all the...

When the technician did his repair work, did he inform you of the cause of the failure? A root cause to the problem I mean? Not that I am implying you have done something wrong, I just wonder if there is something that can be learned for the future to help with prevention. Anyway, keep me updated......

Great - I really appreciate everyone's thoughts and opinions. I have been looking and I am really interested now in checking out the PZ800U and PZ850U - Just waiting to see when Panasonic is going to finally release them.
