I want to purchase a flat screen HD LCD TV (32") and mount it on a wall. I do not want a cable box, or any type of receiver sitting on the TV. I have not been able to find a digital cable ready LCD TV which will take a CableCard. Some Plasmas are available, but too expensive and large. Do I have...

Through bolts washers and nuts installed through the mounting plate [and a little grey paint] would do the job if the screws don't offer enough clamping force between all of the pieces. As for the reinforcement, I am unsure if it would be needed. You could make a square out of 2x4's turned the long way...

As of yet, I have not wall mounted a TV so I might not be very usefull here but here is what I can offer as general advice: 1) If you doubt the structual rigidity of your existing cabinet than you might as well reinforce the wall you intend to mount to as a precaution. Here is just one...

I plan on buying a 32" LCD TV. I plan to use this just for TV viewing, this is going in a spare room. I want to get a mounting bracket that swivels and moves up and down. Are they strong and durable enough to handle this type of movements? Also I would love to be able to plug in a jump drive and have...

I don't have anything useful to add but I wanted to say thanks! I'm going to try something like this down in the workout room where I need to mount an LCD TV to keep me busy while I pretend to be a hampster

I'm looking to mount a 26" LCD in a corner and would like to have a component (DVD, STB, or DVR) mounted beneath it. I would like the fronts of the TV and the component to be flush so that the component doesn't stick out and get bumped when walking by. Any suggestions?
