Unit randomly turns itself off. Tried disconnecting speakers, one at a time, all together, removed all devices as well. Unit will continue to turn itself off with nothing connected. Have tried to move it out of cabinet to verify if it was overheating - same thing happens. Have seen similar issues on other Forums with this unit. Has anyone experienced this same problem?
We haven't had any widespread reports of problems with this model. The good news is; it should be covered under the manufacturer's warranty (2 years, parts & labor) so you may want to contact Onkyo directly to get it serviced: 800-229-1687
