I'm relatively clueless to most new tech, so go easy on me. I am trying to set up Bluetooth headphones for my father, who is hard of hearing. They have a 2014 Samsung LED 60 smart tv running through a Yamaha RX-A740 receiver. The tv is Bluetooth enabled and I was able to pair the Creative headphones to the tv. However, all of the audio is through the receiver, which is not Bluetooth enabled. Is it possible to have audio through the tv (and headphones) and the receiver at the same time? If not, can I add a Bluetooth adaptor to the receiver to utilize the headphones and still hear the audio through the surround sound. Ultimately, the goal is to have the normal audio through receiver for everyone watching while father has headphones on. Any thoughts or ideas are appreciated.
