Bluesound Vault

  • I'm thinking of getting a Bluesound Vault  - essentially a CD slot and a 1 TB hard drive.  I now have nothing except Bose Solos on two TVs, wireless internet, and DirecTV. My audio requirements are very basic - listen to my CDs in two rooms.

Any suggestions on simple ways to get the signal from the Bluesound Vault to the speakers I don't yet have?

  • If you connect the Bluesound Vault to your network router (recommended), you can configure it as a NAS drive and access the content stored on it using most DLNA certified speakers/devices on the same network.

Because it has a built-in-amp & speakers, it can provide the playback in one of your two desired locations provided you can physically connect it to your network router with an Ethernet cable.

    I hope that helps.

    Anyone else have a recommendation?
