J.R. works in the Customer Care Center as a Supervisor and Trainer for the Advisor group. J.R. started at Crutchfield in 1996 as an Advisor. On the side J.R. does semi professional video production, plays in a band, plays several sports, and enjoys time with his wife Angela, daughter Alison, and son Chester.
