I've owned this player for a year or so. Unfortunately I am starting to have trouble with the headphone jack not making solid contact with the headphones. From what I have read on line this appears to be a problem with the Sansa players. I was wondering if anyone has a solution to address it. I'm not even sure this unit can be taken apart for servicing. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Steve

There is no standard repair process for this issue that I'm aware of. Ideally, you would open the unit and ensure good connections to the headphone jack internally.
Professional repair would likely cost as much as a new unit so, if you are unable to fix it yourself, you may need to consider a new player.
Hope that helps.
Anyone else have a good recommendation?
