• I did a lot of damage to my door panel trying to install a speaker. I went ahead and purchased speakers with the assurance from a representative that the process would be easy and that the master sheet would fully explain the procedure. The master sheet was not very detailed and I broke several plastic tabs that hold my door panel together. I broke plastic tabs off the door handle trim, the passenger power switch, and the factory speaker mounting bracket. The speaker mounting bracket would have to be replaced, and I don't think I would be able to repair the power switch without professional assistance. What is Cruthchfield's policy when stuff like this happens?
