Amp Tuning Suggestions?

I have a 12" MTX Jackhammer JH5512-04 with an MTX Thunder 342 2 channel amp. I have it bridged at 340w at 4ohms. The amp has L and R gain, EQ and Frequency knobs. I cant find the specs for the amp online anywhere. Im not sure what the difference between the EQ and Frequency knobs is. None of the knobs have any kind of range on them either. Just

amplifier/subwoofer compatible???

I have an MTX Thunder 342 amplifier already and a sealed box but am in the market for a new subwoofer. I was looking into a PIONEER TS-W307D4 12. It is rated at 400w RMS and has dual 4-Ohm voice coils. My question is will my amp have enough power for the subwoofer to work and sound properly. If not are there any good subwoofer suggestions for the MTX
