hi i have 2 10" subs and im wondering how much a capacitor would help my system. my friend has one and said i should get one so im wondereing what you guys think and if they are worth the money?
-
i think i will do that thanks!

im wondering if there is something i can get so that the low notes are only sent to my amp and my door speakers dont try to play them because then they cant get as loud without sounding bad. i think ive heard of some sort of filter but i dont relly know so any advice would help thanks

if you pop the hood and kinda follow the battery wire or some others wires you will find where they go through the firewall. but sometimes it can be a real pain to feed a wire through and then find on the other side so drilling your own is an option, just remember to use firewall bushings if you do.

alright thanks, two 10" sony subs 300w RMS each powered by a 600w RMS sony amp.

i know crutchfield recommends it but how important is it to have a double thick face plate and do you guys do that on your boxes? thanks
-
alright ive heard different things so i decided to ask one of you helpfull experts on this one: Should the subs face the rear of the vehicle or front? (i have a jeep grand cherokee so there isn't a trunk between the subs and my ears) and should i use a cube/rectangle shaped box or a wedge shaped box? (for 2 10"s) thanks!
-
nevermind im gonna put a divider in between them

that helps a lot, that reminds me of another question ... does it matter if i put a divider in between the subs, and will it make a difference in sound. thanks!
