To properly help you, we’ll need a little more information. What audio are you trying to transfer from the TV to your Sony surround system? Are you using the television’s built-in TV tuner or are you trying to output audio from and externally connected source (Blu-ray, Cable/Satellite box, gaming console, etc). or is it a little bit of both

As long as you’re certain that the factory stereo in your Honda is “Satellite Radio Ready”, then yes, the HON-SC1 is compatible with the stock stereo and the SC-VDOC1 is compatible with the HON-SC1. The SC-VDOC1 is compatible with the Starmate 5 , so you’re good to go in this application. At this time, I am unable to confirm
