it could be the main concern is i cant get enough bass out it.i used 2 have a stereo rated at 120 watts x 2 into 8 ohm.but i have not seen a stereo anywhere that will do that.they seem to all say they do 100 watts.but most of them rate there 100 watts rms when its really the max power.i just need a stereo that can really get them going and that can

ok um i got some old fisher studio speakers 100 rms each.i got them on a sony str500.it is a surround sound.i believe it is not enough power for my speakers.because when i hook up my i pod up and add more bass threw my ipod.and i turn my reciever up it starts to distort threw the mids and highs.could it just be the reciever causing this?would 2 channel

caps are not worth the money,get a kinetics power cell,they got one called the cap killer for like 100 bucks,and it has more power than 600 1 farad capacitors
