Hello Mountain Biker. I loaded the research file for your vehicle and I do not see any issue you would have with installing either of the receivers you mentioned. The only thing I feel I should mention is the monitor may cover the very bottom of your air vents located above the receiver. The gear shift will not be in the way of the receiver installation

The Alpine CDA-105 and IDA-X303 are very similar except the CDA-105 offers a couple more watts per channel. The Alpine IDA-X303 has a 24-Bit DAC which translates to better sound quality. As for the HD radio option, both models use the same add-on HD tuner, the TUA-T550HD. Hope that helps!

Hello nhojyauq. You will need two adapters in order to maintain the steering wheel controls, the PAC SWI-JACK and the PAC SWI-CAN . Hope this helps!
