  • Problems with my dual subs

  • amp, speakers, whole setup.

    i am not too experienced with car audio other than just swapping head units. my question is: 1) if i am going to hook my sub up to my PYLE pla600 (600 watt, 2 channel) amp, do i need to wire up my aftermarket door speakers in my vehicle, just run aftermarket speakerwire from them, or just leave them...

  • Profile Amps, Good or Garbage?

    I am looking for an amp to power my 6.5" momo components. They are rated to handle 125 watts rms. Would the Profile HA1000 or AP1000 be a good amp for this application? Both are 2 Ch's rated at 160 watts rms @ 4 ohms; the momo's are 4 ohms's as well. I could just turn the amp down a bit to compensate...

    I just bought a new subwoofer to put in my car as I blew out my old Kicker 12", but I'm realizing that I might have made a big mistake. I have a Rockford Fosgate Punch 301S amp that is currently bridged out at 4 Ohms with 300 watts. It can also be wired at 2 ohms with 2 channels at 150 watts. I purchased...

  • Sub wiring question?

    Sub wiring question? I have 2 (4) ohm DVC speakers, I have a 1000 watt bridgeable 2 ch 2 ohm stable amp I have each speaker wired in parallel, wired to each channel on amp. Am I able to bridge the speakers at the amp and if so what impedance would that be
