I have a '00 Grand Cherokee and I am going to replace the factory HU. But on the back of the factory head unit there is a black wire connected to it that says amp on the connector. I'm having the same problem in my '00 Grand Cherokee, but on my Kenwood HU the blue/white is the Power Cont., and the solid blue wire is Ant. Cont. and it is labeled the same way on the wiring harness. So how should I connect the wires in order to do what you are suggesting? Also on the factory HU there...
