  • Hooking up Alpine Direct XM tuner to Factory Head Unit in 2008 Civic

I recently bought the 2008 Civic that says it's ''XM ready''.  I know that's just a play on words meaning if you hook enough cables up to it, it will eventually work.  What I am wanting to know is what does it take to hook it up??  I have the Alpine TUA-T020xm tuner box.  Can I be the luckiest man on Earth and have ...

  • Monster Power Outlets To Go went well on trip

OK, I admit I’m something of a gadget geek. But when I go on a business trip, there are just some things I gotta have on my journey. Like my laptop, and cell phone, and digital camera, and iPod, and portable speakers. I’ve been in too many hotel rooms where I’ve had to choose between keeping the floor lamp plugged in or using it for my cell ...
  • Adapting to my Monster Power Outlets to Go

Between the four of us, we had a cell phone, our camera batteries, and our daughters' iPods and Nintendo DS games that we needed to recharge every ...

  • Re: Kenwood kvt 819 dvd

I agree with TigerHeli. We do not have any adapters or know method for connecting a stock changer to any aftermarket receiver. I am not saying that a solution does not exist, just that we have not found one yet. If you do find one, then please let us know. Anyone else found a converter?

  • Re: Does This All Sound Like It Will Work?

There are a few things that you need to know about when adding amp to any system. We have set up a thread that helps with these issues. As for getting an aux input line for your iPod for your 2001 Chevy Impala, we do have any easy solution. If you have a ''Band'' button in the lower left corner of the stock receiver, then we offer a P.I.E. ...
