Gas mileage is a big issue with an ever-increasing number of people. Most recently, the "Cash for Clunkers" program has resulted in a lot of people driving more compact vehicles. A smaller, more fuel-efficient vehicle is great news for your wallet, but it can really create problems if you like...

  • Re: what size amp do i need and what do u recoomend

Welcome to the forums farmerstanton. Since your Pioneer TS-W3001D4 subwoofers handle 1000 watts of power each and you have two of them which when wired together can present a 1 ohm load to an amp, I recommend getting the Pioneer Premier PRS-D2000SPL amp which will output 2000 watts RMS power at 1 ohm...

  • Best Amp for MTX T9512-44

I need someone to please assist me in deciding which amplifier to buy which will best suit my MTX 9512-44 sub. • Re: factory system upgrade + Honda + amp help

If you were to get an amp to power all the speakers, then it could be possible to get your bass to a level where you do not need a subwoofer. I know that both sets of those speakers can play pretty low for their sizes and the Sony GT6935A speakers can play all the way down to 25 Hz. So, you may want...

  • Re: help hooking up a MTX 12" sub with enclosed amp

There are two places that I can think of that may carry the part you seek. One is MTX themselves. You can also call them using 800-225-5689. The second place is a company called PartsSearch . They carry all kinds of replacement parts for the main items like harnesses for receivers, etc... They do not...

  • Will a single Sony Xplod XM-GTR2022 amp be able to power 2 subs and 2 speakers?

I've just purchased (and hope I didn't make a mistake) a new Sony Xplod XM-GTR2022 amplifier. I have 2 new MTX 10" TC510 (thunder 500 series I believe?) subs and a Alpine iDA-X200 deck in case u need to know this. Anyways, from reading the online User Manual for the amp, I don't see any way to properly...
